
The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its order on a curative petition filed by Centre in 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy case to raise additional demand from Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) to compensate the victims as the company strongly opposed the move saying that there was not “a scintilla of merit” in the plea and it amounts to abuse of process of law.
